Independence Educational Publishers Returns Policy
Independence’s standard returns policy allows customers to return goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods.
- Return postage cost must be paid by the customer, unless there is a manufacturing fault with the book
- Email email@example.com to request your return and wait for us to confirm return is accepted

Good should be packaged properly so they are not damaged in transit. We cannot refund for damaged items.
Please send goods by recorded delivery and keep proof of postage to refer to if there are any problems.
Please include a copy of the invoice, or a note of the invoice number, and the customer reference number in your parcel so we can identify your return.
Once books are received by us and we have checked they are in good condition your account will be credited.
