Issues Subscription Form

This order form is for organisations wishing to set up a subscription to the Issues series on behalf of their institution. If you would like to order individual Issues titles or are a private customer (i.e. not ordering on behalf of an institution), please use our online shop.

Firm Order Subscription

Please send me six new Issues titles three times a year plus the Issues Annual Index. I also want my six free books ^[note] and my FREE 40-user licence for Issues Online. I understand that I may cancel my subscription at any time under no obligation.

Invoiced Termly

6 books invoiced termly = £52.70 in January and April terms, £60.65 in September term (includes the Issues Annual Index, £7.95)

Invoiced Annually

18 books with annual invoice = £166.05
